Our in-house team represents clients in dealing with all those who are involved in the construction, sale or acquisition process. The project manager independently and impartially oversees the cost effectiveness and provides its clients with sufficient information to enable them to make the right decisions.

Our in house team comprise RICS Chartered Building Surveyors, civil engineers and local project managers.  A dedicated member will serve as your single point of contact and accountability. 

Via our team we are able to offer the following services:

Project management (new build, fit-outs, refurbishments and repairs)

• Coordination of the design and construction phases
• Cost management – from the preparation of initial project budgets to cost control during the construction phase
• Time management - establishing a construction schedule & updating throughout the course of the project

Sustainability & LEED® Certification Service

• Advise on sustainability and environmental issues for new build, reconstruction, operation & maintenance
• In house LEED® AP and LEED® Green Associates
• Ability to manage and coordinate the entire LEED® pre-assessment & certification process
• Ability to work with BREEAM assessors within other Jones Lang LaSalle offices
• Advise in relation to Life Cycle Costing and Energy Audits
